For the journey:

  • First aid kit (which should include plasters, bandages, sterile dressings, antiseptic cream and wipes, painkillers and any medication that your child takes on a regular basis (plus a spare- for example, if they have asthma it is advisable to take a spare inhaler with you)
  • Nappies and wipes (if your child is still using nappies)
  • Nappy bags (for disposing of nappies)

For when you get there:

  • Plenty of high factor sun cream
  • A sun hat
  • Armbands or a rubber ring
  • Bottles or cups
