Q11. Which procedure will I need?

A11. This will be decided by your surgeon. There are two methods of vasectomy reversal which are:

  • Vasovasostomy
  • Vasoepididymostomy

The vasovasostomy is the most common form of surgery but if there is a problem, e.g. no sperm are detected then the other procedure will be performed instead. See the vasectomy reversal procedure section.
