Q20. Is there a link between vasectomy and prostate cancer?

A20. This is an issue which worries many men. There have been studies undertaken which claim to show a link between vasectomy and an increased risk of prostate cancer.

However this is not conclusive.

If, and we mean, if there is a risk then it is likely to be small.
