A10. Aim to do a minimum of 30 minutes a day, five days a week.

Find a sport or activity that you enjoy and stick with it. This can be anything you like such as dancing or walking in your local park if you do like going the gym or competitive sport. If you find it easier then break this 30 minute target up into 3, ten minutes sessions at various times in the day. So, do 10 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes at lunchtime and another 10 minutes in the afternoon.

Get into a regular routine if you can and continue with this, even when you have stopped taking alli.
