Q2. Does it only affect babies?

A2. Yes, but if it spreads to other areas of the body then it is more likely to be seborrhoeic dermatitis. Cradle cap is a form of seborrhoeic dermatitis which develops in babies, usually just after they are born. It is mainly confined to the scalp but sometimes appears behind the ears or on the eyebrows.
