A11. Marijuana is a Class B drug which means that it is illegal to have, give to others or sell. This includes allowing people to use marijuana in your house or having a party where marijuana is used.

This applies to medical marijuana as well. Even if you have small supply for personal use such as pain relief you can still be prosecuted by the police.

Any form of possession is illegal irrespective of the reasons for doing so.
