Q26. How should I manage my acne?

A26. It is a good idea to have a routine which consists of a skin hygiene plan (washing the face twice a day), drinking plenty of water, a healthy diet and using an acne product.

Do not be tempted to ‘double up’ on any of the acne products in the belief that this will act faster on your acne. Combining too many acne products at once can further irritate your skin and prevent your pores from clearing.

Follow the instructions as given and see your GP if there is no improvement.
