A19. No. They may look the same but there are differences between the brands. These include the material the needles are produced from, e.g. stainless steel or titanium alloy. Plus some rollers are disposable whereas others are meant to be used for a long period of time.

The disposable rollers are lighter and less durable than the standard rollers.
