What can go wrong with vaginoplasty (vaginal tightening surgery)?

This is a very safe procedure but there is always a risk of complications. These tend to be rare but do happen so it is as well to know about these.

If you get home and notice any of the following symptoms then contact your surgeon at once. These symptoms are:

  1. Racing or irregular heartbeat
  2. Chest pains and shortness of breath
  3. Infection
  4. Bleeding
  5. A reaction to anaesthesia
  6. Sudden pain which is chronic or sharp
