Blepharoplasty Eyelid Lift Surgery - Eyebag removal surgery

Eye bag removal surgery, or blepharoplasty, is a form of cosmetic eyelid surgery that involves removing excess skin, fat and muscle from the lower and upper eyelids.  The procedure is used to reduce signs of puffiness or drooping in the eyelids in order to create a more attractive appearance.  This procedure can be performed either on its own or in conjunction with other forms of facial surgery such as a rhytidectomy (‘facelift’). It can also be undertaken with non-surgical procedures such as chemical peels and laser skin resurfacing. It is most often requested by those who have developed eye bags due to exposure to the sun, pollution and other environmental factors as well as those who are prone to eye bags due to genes or as a result of aging.

Blepharoplasty is the second most popular cosmetic procedure for men.
