If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, aged under 18, a smoker or not realistic about the procedure than you may not be considered suitable for surgery.

Your suitability for this procedure will be discussed at the initial consultation between you and your surgeon. He/she will examine your reasons for surgery which include taking a medical history. If your health is less than good or if you have a chronic medical condition then this may exclude you from surgery but is not an automatic ban.
