Who is not suitable for breast reduction surgery?

Surgeons will not advise surgery for women who are pregnant or are currently breastfeeding.

They will not recommend breast reduction for women with the following medical conditions:

• Cellulitis (soft breast tissue infection)
• Dry or broken breast skin
• Diabetes
• Breast cancer
• Hardened breast skin

As with any surgery, it cannot guarantee total perfection but the results are very, very good. A great many women are very happy with the results of this surgery.
