If you are looking at a private clinic or surgeon then prices will differ between them. Each surgeon will have their own individual fees and there are the anaesthetist’s fees to take into account. These too will vary.

However, as a general guide, breast reduction surgery can cost from £3,500 to £5,500.

As this condition can cause physical and/or mental problems then the NHS may pay for it.
