Q12. How long does a personal injury claim take?

A12. This is difficult to answer as every claim is different and is judged on its individual merits.

Straightforward claims can be settled within 8 months but those which are complex and/or involve a serious injury will take longer.

It is better for everyone if your claim is settled as soon as possible.

Your lawyer or solicitor will discuss this with you.
